About Flourish

Stage 1

Foundations

Unlearn what you’ve been taught. Learn what’s true for you.

  • Six sessions

Grief is heavy — it can be volatile, unpredictable, and exhausting, making just getting through the day feel like hard work.

Some days you can barely put one foot in front of the other.

Your emotions are all over the place, you’re overwhelmed, angry, numb or completely undone.

You might not even recognise yourself anymore.

The world keeps moving, while you’re still trying to work out how to live in yours.

And while you’re trying to make sense of it all, it feels like nobody really understands. Friends might pull away. They stop calling. Others just seem to give advice.

So, you’re left wondering:

  • What is happening to me?
  • Why do I feel like this?
  • Is this normal?
  • Am I grieving wrong?

Foundations is where you begin to make sense of what’s happening.

Across six sessions, you’ll learn more about grief and how it can affect your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. You’ll question the advice, expectations, timelines and “shoulds” you’ve been given, and begin to understand that your grief doesn’t have to look a certain way to be real.

This isn’t about telling you how to grieve.

It’s about helping you understand what you’re experiencing, feel less alone in it, and trust your own experience.

Your grief is yours.

There is no single right way to grieve. You get to find a way through it that feels true for you.

Stage 2 · Coming 2027

Freedom

Reclaim yourself. Reclaim choice. Reclaim life.

What happens when you stop asking, “How am I supposed to grieve?” and start asking, “What feels true for me?”

Freedom is about finding your way back to yourself — not the person you were before, but the person you are becoming now. You’ll explore identity, choice, connection, purpose and what matters to you, learning that you can carry the love without carrying all of the pain.

You’ll begin to make choices from a place of what matters to you, rather than what you think you should do.

While you may not have chosen what happened, you can choose what you do now.

Stage 3 · Coming 2027

Flourish

Create what comes next.

There comes a point when you’re ready to look beyond what was lost and wonder, “What do I want now?”

Flourish is about giving yourself permission to imagine again. To want things. To try things. To discover what lights you up. To create a life that doesn’t erase your past but makes room for everything you’ve become because of it.

You don’t need a five-year plan, all the answers or a perfectly painted picture. You just need the willingness to pick up the brush and make a first mark.

The canvas is blank. The possibilities are not.

Ready When You Are

Your next step can simply be a conversation.

If you’re unsure where to begin, a free phone call is a gentle first step. Jodie will listen, learn a little about what you’re experiencing and help you decide what kind of support may be right for you.

No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
